Rates starting at $279 plus taxes (rates vary based on season)
+ $50 per guest/night after 2 guests

20% of the total amount is due at time of booking. Remainder is due a day prior to arrival. Cancellations outside of 14 days are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days result in the deposit not being refundable.
A pre-authorization (damage deposit) of $50 per night is held and released upon check out.
